The background of ESPC's personnel is the power industry. Engineers and managers are involved in design and engineering of plants from concept, through engineering, equipment specification and procurement, to startup, testing, and operation. In addition to new plants, experience includes retrofit and replacement. Typical staff-led projects account for an installed capacity exceeding 8,000 MW, distributed among:
